If you want to have a Singapore HDB Flats, you have to start by learning who qualifies to be the owner of the flat. For the family that it is applying for the flat, one of the family members needs to be a citizen or a Singaporean permanent resident. For the joint single scheme, the listed occupier and applicants have to be Singapore citizens. Applicant has to be 21 years and older while he should not have the income which is more than 1,500 each month. The single person is the person who is divorced, widowed or unmarried. It can also include the person who has legally separated with his spouse. The applicants for the flat should not be having HDB flat, he should not be able to sell the scheme or have built the flat. You can also apply for the property if you have sold or disposed the property you have within 30 months before the time you want to apply.
